Works perfectly for babies over 3 months.; This has no harmful ingredients, Baby Rub is free of harmful and harsh ingredients such as camphor, petrolatum, mineral oil etc.

Direction for use:

* Rub a layer of Cold Rub on baby chest and neck only. Don’t use it near your mouth or in nostrils.
* Loosen any clothing around chest and throat so vapors can rise to nose area.
* Repeat, if needed, up to three times in 24 hours.
